The Science and Technologies for Phosphorus Sustainability initiative has created an open source library that contains details and information towards broadening participation in STEM. As some may already know, there are many challenges that young students have to face in order to gain a quality education. As educators, knowing what these obstacles are is the first towards helping our students to flourish. This library provides educators with resources that detail the nuance of sensitive topics that limit participation and diversity.
