How to Sell an Idea

After two seminar cancellations this semester due to bad weather, we’re finally starting the Seminar Series this Friday.  This will not be a traditional (research) seminar but a special presentation by a recognized expert on entrepreneurship and communication skills, Mr. Sidd Chopra, hosted by Dr. Shanthi Iyer. 

In addition to the seminar at 11 AM, the visit includes an “open” meeting with faculty and staff (2:15-3:00 PM) in the Board Room.  Please stop by if you’d like to meet & greet the visitor or, as a matter of fact, do a 3-minute presentation (with 3-4 PowerPoint slides as visual aids) if you seek immediate feedback from Mr. Chopra on any ongoing research project or proposal idea under consideration.
