Postdoctoral Fellowship in Energy Research | The Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering seeks to hire a highly talented scientist to participate in a research program focused on advanced battery and energy technology. The Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering is an innovative collaboration between the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The postdoctoral fellowship advertised herein is a position through the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Participants with a background in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or a related field are encouraged to apply. The postdoctoral fellow will gain deep insight into the science and engineering of materials for battery development as well as materials that affect energy technology development. The candidate will contribute to the advancement of new materials and new processes to enhance lithium battery operation, thus allowing the candidate to apply their scientific and technical expertise to the development of solutions for problems in areas of energy efficiency.
